Return Policy

Wacom India e-store has a simple return policy under which you can return a product received in a damaged or defective condition. Wacom has a 48 hours return policy which means that you can request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product by you.

Returning a product/s is simple. You can request a return via email at estore_india@wacom.com or over phone at our sales helpline number 1800-102-2771, within 48 hours of receiving the product.

It is important that the product is sent back in its original packaging, original manufacturer tags, including the box, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered (including any free or complimentary items). Products that are returned without above advice are not accepted for returns.

  1. Products return request made after 48 hours of being received by the customer / anyone, are not accepted.
  2. Products accidently damaged by customer after opening are not accepted.
  3. Product was damaged after use/opening are not accepted.
  4. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product are not accepted.
  5. Product with tampered or missing serial number/IMEI number/UPC number are not accepted.
  6. If within the course of shipping the product packaging gets damaged, without any physical or functional damage to the product, in such cases no returns will be accepted.

 

Shipping Policy

Wacom India e-store has a transparent and clear shipping policy for all orders placed on our website, without any special exceptions.

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us in our website.

  1. We offer FREE shipping for all orders.
  2. Each order can be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to order. multiple products and want to ship them to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
  3. We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 5 working days of receiving the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure some material to safely ship your order
  4. We ship on all weekdays – Mondays to Saturdays, excluding public holidays.
  5. You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking at ‘Track your Order section’.
  6. All items are shipped with an invoice mentioning the price and taxes, as per Indian Tax regulations.
